My name is Hannah Swan, and I’m 25 years old. I am very passionate about encouraging others to unlock their full potential through fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I currently have my personal training and nutrition certifications through ISSA and am always working to expand my knowledge in any way I can. 


I specialize in strength training, functional movement, and creating personalized fitness and nutrition plans tailored to each individual’s goals.


My approach is focused on helping each client build a balanced and sustainable lifestyle that they can commit to long term. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose weight, or simply feel stronger every day, I believe fitness is for everyone, and no goal is too big or small.
